The maintenance and repair of large oil cylinder is not to be ignored by any manufacturer. No matter how well machines and equipment are used, mechanical aging and damage to accessories will occur. Repair cylinder (ignition problem)

1. The contact between the cylinder mold and the material is not uniform, resulting in uneven pressure. Adjust mold balance.

2. The zero difference adjustment of the regulating current of the large oil cylinder is too large, so the solution is to adjust slowly from small to large.

3. If the insulation material of the high-frequency mold is defective or aging, please replace the mold with a new insulation material.

4. The large oil cylinder is not equipped with high sensitivity fire prevention device. For example, our single-push cylinder, turntable cylinder, and HIGH-FREQUENCY fuses all use electronic sparks, which would greatly reduce this possibility.

5. Light the vibrator, blow it clean with the air gun, and then wipe the ignition trace at the ignition position. 

Maintenance of large oil cylinder (no high-frequency output);

1. Check whether the oscillating tube is open. If it is not lit, please replace the lamp.

2. The green resistance is burned out and replaced, because there are only small black spots when the high frequency resistance is burned out, please pay attention to the new observation.

3. Check whether the transformer is burnt out. If it burns, please replace the high voltage transformer.

4. Check whether the AC contactor is working normally. If not, please replace it.

5. Check whether the main grid power supply is abnormal or out of phase.
