1. Heating   Due to the difference of flow velocity in various parts of the power-transmission medium (hydraulic oil) in the flow process, internal friction exists in the liquid to some extent, and friction also exists between the liquid and the inner wall of the tunnel. All these are the reasons that lead to the rise of the temperature of the hydraulic oil. Rising temperature will lead to larger internal and external leakage, reducing its mechanical efficiency. At the same time, due to higher temperature, the hydraulic oil will expand, leading to greater compressibility, so that the control action can not be well delivered. Solution: Heat is an inherent feature of hydraulic systems that cannot be eradicated and can only be minimized. The use of good quality hydraulic oil, hydraulic pipe layout should be as far as possible to avoid the appearance of elbow, the use of high quality pipelines and pipe joints, hydraulic valves.

2. Vibration   The vibration of hydraulic system is also one of its tumor diseases. The shock caused by the high speed flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline and the shock caused by the opening and closing of the control valve are the causes of the system vibration. The strong vibration will cause the system control action error, also will cause some more precise instrument error in the system and cause the system failure. Solution: Hydraulic pipeline should be fixed as far as possible to avoid sudden deafness. Avoid changing the direction of fluid flow frequently, and take vibration reduction measures when it is unavoidable. The whole hydraulic system should have good damping measures, at the same time to avoid the impact of the source of vibration on the system.

3. Leakage   Hydraulic system leakage is divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage refers to the leakage process occurring inside the system, such as the leakage on both sides of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, the leakage between the control valve spool and body, etc. Although internal leakage will not cause loss of hydraulic oil, due to the occurrence of leakage, the established control action may be affected, until the whole system failure. An external leak is one that occurs between the system and the external environment. The direct leakage of concentrated pressure oil into the environment will not only affect the working environment of the system, can also cause the system pressure is not enough and cause various faults. There is also a risk of fire from hydraulic oil leaking into the environment. Solution: use good quality seals, increase the number of seals and improve the machining accuracy of each part.
